For Your Peace of Mind:

• All parcels are dispatched from Melbourne (AU) within 5 business days of receiving the order (excluding weekends & public holidays). 
• You will be notified via email (and SMS, if opted in) once your item is dispatched. 
• We offer delivery to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers for your convenience.

Change of Address:

• If an update to your address is required, please email hello@zovebeauty.com.au immediately, and we might be able to amend this if your order hasn't been processed.
• Any parcels with incorrect addresses will be returned to us. The postal network charges us a redelivery fee, and so this is on-charged at $20 per parcel for re-delivery. 

Other Notes:

• International orders may incur charges due to duties and taxes. Zove Beauty is not responsible for any additional fees or delay in delivery due to these circumstances. 
• All orders inclusive of any Pre-Order item(s) will be dispatched altogether when the Pre-Order item is ready to be delivered.
