Refund policy

Due to hygienic reasons, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on products unless they are damaged upon receipt. All products are checked for quality before dispatch, however we understand that there are instances where goods can be damaged in between leaving the warehouse and arriving at your doorstep. We do not offer 'change-of-mind' refunds or exchanges. 

If your product is damaged, we are able to offer a refund or exchange, provided that your item is unused and is in the same condition that you received it in. It should also be in the original packaging. Please email at hello@zovebeauty.com.au within 14 days of receipt, along with your order number and photos of the damaged product(s) alongside its shipping label.

If your return or exchange is approved, we will notify you to arrange for the product(s) to be returned to Zove Beauty, 163/16 Cotham Road Kew VIC 3101, Australia. The return or exchange will only be valid if the product(s) are received by us within 14 days of you receiving your product. Once this is received and inspected by us, you will receive an email notification about your refund or exchange status. If it is a refund, the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.
